Easter 2014: tooth fairy and bunny tales

Easter 2014: tooth fairy and bunny tales

We were full of anticipation for the Easter Bunny’s stop by our house this weekend, but we ended up playing host to multiple visitors on Saturday night.
After Connor pulled a second lost tooth from his mouth during dinner, we arranged for both the Easter Bunny AND the Tooth Fairy to pay us a visit! Quarters under the pillow and hidden eggs in the living room made for a spectacular Sunday morning 🙂

Brenna was slow to wake up, thanks to her teenager-like sleeping habits, so she observed and oversaw the egg hunt from her post in Evan’s lap.

Big brother picked up the slack in searching for eggs.

Brenna perked up at some new Elmo gear in her basket (Elmo spoon and fork can only help while we push for oral feeding, right?!)

And Connor was pleased with his surprises too! (Were we the last family in America to own this movie??)

Church was a beautiful time, and despite the very long mass, both kids were an absolute dream. And they looked SO PRECIOUS. Ah, I melt at this picture.

 Family shot!

The girls in our Easter best 🙂

And the rest of the day was one big blur of family, food and egg hunts!

We are so fortunate to have almost all of our family in the area, so we were on the go the entire day and able to celebrate with both of our moms’ extended families. What a wonderful Easter!

Awww! Such a big girl now. It’s so sad how their little chubby cheeks start to go away after 2. My little girl was born right before Brenna. They are turning into little ladies now! 🙂

Cute pictures! And Connor was not one of the last to get Frozen! Kaylie got her copy only last week and I finally got a chance to watch it in its entirety a few days ago!
